Dan Kelley, PT, Dip. MDT
Owner and Director of Physical & Sports Therapy Service of St. Louis
Dan is a Physical Therapist and has a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute International. He received a degree in Education in 1971 and a Physical Therapy degree in 1972 from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He attended the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Kaiser Permante Medical Center in Hayward California in 1979. Dan personally studied under some of the most influential clinicians in the world; Robin McKenzie, James Cyriax, MD and Therapist trained by Geoff Maitland, Maggie Knott, Dorothy Voss and Freddy Kaltenborn
Dan is the former chairman of the McKenzie Institute International Board of Trustees. The McKenzie Institute International is a worldwide charitable educational institute that has branches in 31 countries. He has served as chairman of the USA branch. Dan is the Co Author of Clinical Competencies in McKenzie Method; Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. He has served as faculty, Chief examiner and has trained faculty and students around the world.
Dan is presently in clinical practice at Physical& Sports Therapy Services of St. Louis. He is actively evaluating and treating patients. Dan believes that everyone’s active life matters and everyone deserves the best care possible. He teaches a person to self-manage their present problem and any possible recurrences.

Lydia Seibert, PT, Certified MDT
Physical Therapist at Physical & Sports Therapy Service of St. Louis
Lydia is a physical therapist with over 40 years of experience who graduated from Washington University. Over the years, she has worked in a wide variety of settings, including acute care, inpatient, geriatrics, and outpatient orthopedic. All of these experiences have given her an added expertise and helped her develop the personalized style of care that she provides today. Lydia has participated any many education courses including courses in low back pain and sciatica, The Australian Approach to low back pain and is a Certified Mechanical Diagnoses and Treatment therapist.
Lydia believes an essential part of her profession is maintaining clear, ongoing communication with every patient she treats. She establishes a partnership from the very beginning to gather information about the condition and listen to the patient’s concerns. Then she develops a personalized treatment plan. Her goal is to not only help you recovery but to educate you about your condition and teach you techniques that help prevent recurring pain or injury.

Jackie Walker
Front Office Coordinator at Physical & Sports Therapy Service of St. Louis
Jackie was hired to cover temporarily during a maternity leave. That was over 17 years ago. She has become an integral part of our team.
Jackie is frequently praised for her attention to detail, dedication and ability to multitask. She sees that patients can be seen by a therapist as soon as possible, and that they understand the requirements of third party payers.
Prior to joining Physical and Sports Therapy Services of St. Louis, Jackie spent 26 and a half years as a front office coordinator at St. Anthony’s Medical Center (Now Mercy South). We are grateful to have her on our team.

Brittney L. Miller, DPT, Certified MDT, MBA
Physical Therapist at Physical & Sports Therapy Service of St. Louis
Brittney graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Prior to joining the team in 2021 Brittney was a multisite clinic director and lead clinician of three physical therapy clinics. She has enjoyed the transition to a clinic that is a certified MDT as she has been able to work with other physical therapist who believe in the method.
Brittney brings compassion and energy to her treatment sessions. She believes in working with the patient to achieve their goals in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Brittney was a D1 collegiate athlete at Saint Louis University and brings her passion for returning athletes of all ages to their sport and physical activities. Brittney provides unique training in dry needling and Parkinson’s Disease along with the MDT approach to help patient’s achieve their goals.
